Architect, AAA, AIBC, SAA, OAA (M. Arch, LEED AP BD+C)

Anne joined HSEA in 2018 and has been a key contributor to many of the firm’s mixed-use, commercial, and public-realm projects. Her work includes major developments such as The Mercury Block and The Cobalt, a $70M Integrated Project Delivery Office Building, and extensive work in Iqaluit, NU.

Her background in Regional and Urban Planning informs her understanding of how people move through and experience the built environment, grounding her design approach in both function and human experience.

Anne’s technical expertise is complemented by her strength in visualization and storytelling. Her renderings help clients and collaborators understand not only how a space will function, but how it will feel – making her a valuable bridge between concept and built reality. She approaches every project with a strong sense of people and place, along with an energy that makes the design process engaging, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable for the teams she works with.

As Principal, Anne brings a grounded, human-centered leadership style that strengthens HSEA’s design culture. She elevates ideas, supports project teams, and fosters a studio environment rooted in curiosity, shared experience, and fresh perspective.
