Soheil’s professional career is grounded in a global perspective that began in 2006 and has taken him through several major metropolitan centres. Since joining HSEA in 2013, he has built a reputation for steady competence, technical depth, and a genuine commitment to the people he works with. His light, good-humoured approach to leading projects is paired with a broad industry knowledge that allows commercial/industrial, residential, and mixed-use developments to be guided from early concept through construction with clarity.
He holds an education in architecture supplemented by an engineering curriculum from the University of Waterloo, followed by formative years of experience in Toronto, London (UK), and New York. Throughout his career, Soheil has worked closely with contractors and developers, gaining hands-on experience in construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination. He has led a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial, to health care facilities and multi-phase mixed-use developments with budgets exceeding $100 million.
Soheil sees his work as an opportunity to listen carefully, make others’ jobs easier, and create spaces that improve daily life while delivering lasting value. As part of HSEA’s leadership team, Soheil plays a key role in guiding the firm’s direction, bringing clarity and rigor to design discussions, supporting emerging talent, and helping strengthen a studio culture rooted in servicing our clients.
