The Linsford Attainable Housing project located in Leduc, Alberta consists of the demolition of aging townhouses and the construction of a new development that doubles the number of family oriented dwelling units. 

 

The design team was able to effectively plan for phased construction and assist with a land swap, allowing existing residents to be transferred to newly constructed units without having to be relocated from the development.
