The main dealership areas occupy the lower levels, while a four-storey portion of the building incorporates two floors of corporate office space above the showroom and service operations.

The layout is organized to support efficient sales and service workflows, with dedicated zones for customer areas, vehicle display, and a large service and repair component sized for high daily demand. Site planning allows for over 300 parking stalls, accommodating inventory, staff, and customer parking while keeping circulation clear and functional.
