Located on Whyte Ave, Tipton Investment Building dates back to 1914.

 

The project involved the restoration and retrofit of the existing building, relocating the structure to the west of the property to allow for an activated pedestrian alleyway with access to its ground floor anchor tenant, Made by Marcus.

 

The second floor features unique office space, offering views to the ground floor courtyard and a south facing rooftop patio.
