The project fuses the past with the present, offering a unique experience akin to its neighbour – Oliver Exchange.

Designed to house a diverse mix of retail, dining, and office spaces, OEX2 also features a sheltered exterior public courtyard.

A hub of local business, the project is designed to accommodate a mix of retail, food and beverage, as well as office tenants.
