The adaptive re-use of an existing concrete building located at the corner of 107 A Ave and 101 St. NW into the new home of Boyle Street Community Services.
The project includes exterior facade modifications, interior design of the 2-storey volume to suit complex programming needs, as well as the extensive site redevelopment featuring purposefully designed hard and softscaping.
In addition to providing a centre to serve community members in need, the project also has an environmental focus – providing a large array of solar panels on the rooftop.
