Keswick Commercial

Keswick Square is a multi-building commercial development located in southwest Edmonton, providing retail, restaurant, medical and service space for the surrounding Keswick community.

The architecture uses a simple, consistent approach to give the individual buildings a shared identity while allowing each tenant to maintain its own storefront presence. Large areas of glazing animate the ground level, with light-coloured cladding, warm soffits and projecting roof forms used to frame the façades and entrances. Repeated columns and canopies help break down the length of the larger buildings and create a comfortable scale along the pedestrian areas.

The buildings are designed around flexible tenant spaces, visibility, and straightforward circulation, creating a development that can adapt as the needs of the community and its businesses change over time.
