Project Architect
Managing projects from predesign through to construction and contract administration, working across commercial, institutional, industrial, hospitality and residential project types.
Qualifications:
Possess 8+ years of local experience and have previous experience working on similar project typology to the firm;
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university;
Proficient with the following platforms: Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe & Sketch-Up;
Passion for design, team player and collaborative nature;
Strong verbal and written communication – with the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients (internal & external);
Sound knowledge of local buildings codes and bylaws;
Registration, LEED & PMP Certification are a bonus but not a requirement
