The Tamarak and Pinecrest residences for the U of A are located in the historic Garneau neighbourhood.

The buildings feature direct street front access to many ground level units to create an open and inviting streetscape, as opposed to an internalized facility.

Integrating indoor and outdoor amenities allowed these buildings to mold into the urban fabric and become a positive asset to the community.
