5 floors of typical office have been designed to allow maximum light to penetrate deep into the floor plate with a combination of interior and exterior bound office and open workstations.

The 6th floor executive level includes meeting and function spaces and adjacent outdoor terraces. The main level includes a cafeteria with adjacent outdoor function space, a fitness room, a squash and basketball court, daycare and lecture facilities and an outdoor dog run.

Consideration of a second tower has been included in the masterplan.
